We accept payments by PayPal and by all major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express).

We are happy to refund an item if it is defective, within 30 days of purchase or upon the return of your item. If you return an item to us and request a refund due to an error on our part we will be happy to pay for the postage cost to return it to us. Please note, if you are requesting a refund based on an issue with condition we kindly ask you to provide a photo in order for us to best advise a suitable resolution. If you return a book to us because you made a mistake, we will be unable to pay for the return postage. These types of returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase, and only for books over 30nis. Returns that are not the result of our error may be subject to a restocking fee of 15nis per item sent by Standard Shipping.

When you're on the checkout page, click on or tap the big blue oval on the bottom, on the left hand side of the page that says Rewards. There you will see that you have Rewards available. Click on Your Rewards, and then the amount of points you have. You'll then be able to copy the discount code and add it on to your order.

We can only cancel an order if it hasn't yet been processed by our picking and packing department. Usually items are processed within a matter of hours, so this limits our ability to cancel an order before this time. You will be able to return the item to us, at your expense, if you no longer require it and we will refund you the value of your item provided it falls within the time period stated on our returns policy.

Standard Shipping is free for orders over 75nis. For orders under 40nis, shipping is 15nis. For orders 41nis - 60nis, shipping is 22nis. For orders 61nis - 74nis, shipping is 25nis.

We aim to process and ship your order within 5 working days. Standard shipping should take an additional 10-15 working days, but may take up to 28 days.

We do try to keep orders together, but sometimes we’ll split your order into several packages to help ensure the quickest possible delivery.

You can change your address at any time during the Checkout Process. However, because we process requests very quickly, once your order’s been placed it’s no longer possible to change the delivery address. If you have made a mistake with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will try and resolve any issues.

Eva’s Used Books purchases surplus books from charity shops, wholesale shops, and libraries. This creates a true circular economy, benefiting charities, the environment, and of course all the passionate book lovers out there!

We offer a range of grades on our used books: Very Good, Good and Acceptable. If a book doesn’t meet our high standards it’s sent for recycling. No book is wasted.

Yes and yes! Book donations are VERY, VERY appreciated! Eva's Used Books is a small start-up, dedicated to serving the entire country, so there is no store-front or drop off location. If you'd like to donate books, please let us know and we would be happy to collect them, if we can! We sometimes do buy books, depending on your location, the condition of the books and a few other factors. We generally pay around 2-5nis per book when buying books.
